Marco Protano

Marco Protano is a 33 year veteran of the training, consulting, consumer goods and banking sectors. Marco is a passionate and proven educator and has trained thousands of executives, managers and students at universities and business schools worldwide. Voted by veterans of his classroom to be “PROFESSOR OF THE YEAR” 10 times in 8 years on 4 continents.

Marco´s areas of expertise include Market-based Planning & Management,  Brand Equity Building,  New Product Design, Launch & Hyper-growth, Selling & Sales Management. 

As a lifelong coach and mentor to students and executives, Marco is frequently called upon to advise their existing or new ventures to initiate market-based planning & management, to solve complex branding challenges, to conceive/test/position and launch new products and businesses as well as to integrate and organize all customer-facing functions.

As a well seasoned brand marketing manager Marco was responsible for global brands at RJR Nabisco and Bristol Meyers Squibb where he conceived and launched new innovative products and brands, achieved hyper growth of priority brands and products, managed mature and declining portfolios to preserve profitability, reposition or harvest.

Marco holds an MBA from Virginia University and BS from Northeastern University.


Lars-Olof Nilke

Lars-Olof Nilke was for 25 years the CEO of Swecare Foundation and Swecare AB jointly financed by the Government, Fed. of County Council, Swedish Trade Council and the Health care industry.

The activities in Swecare were mainly directed towards the Middle East, the Far East and towards UN organisations and NGO´s.

He has worked with international marketing for 35 years most of the time with the Swedish Trade Council in various positions and locations such as Stockholm, London, Detroit, Toronto, Tokyo and Melbourne.

Lars-Olof served on the board Sweden-Japan Foundation Beredningen för Int. Läkemedelssamarbete SwedeHealth, Linköping, Stockholm Care AB, Swedish Hospital Assoc, Spinal Clinic in Strängnäs AB, Swedish Care Institute, Rayclinic AB, IM-Medico AB, New Science, Svenska AB/Medcap AB and Global Hospital AB.



Ingemar Edfors

medical advisor

Ingemar is specialist in internal medicine and geriatrics, and has an undergraduate education from Karolinska Institutet.

He has diagnosed and treated tens of thousands of patients, and has decades of experience from primary care as district physician at healthcare centers and retirement homes.

Ingemar was previously the owner and head of operations for a healthcare center in Stockholm County.
