quality optimization in elderly care
BraineHealth (previously Lugn&Ro Akademin) took an initiative to optimize different quality parameters in elderly care. Routing optimization is quite intuitive in home care. However, including realistic and "clinical" parameters makes the optimization much more complex and interesting.
Routing Optimization
BraineHealth AB has supervised a project to improve quality parameters in eldery care.
The project was setup as an optimization problem where the services among a group of elderly should be performed in due time.
The project was a thesis work for a MSc candidate at applied mathematics at Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden (KTH).
The project started in jan-2017 and where finished in june-2017.
The project is viable for a commercial phase and fully owned by BraineHealth.
